Excellent and flavourful meats. The charsiew is our favourite and we predict it's been roasted many situations to achieve the flavour it has. The siew yoke is nice too but has a little excessive fats.
To me, eating is really an art, and certainly not with the sake of just fulfilling your tummy! It must be worthy of the amount of fats that are now being digested & the reason why you ate!
